Event - Yoga (K.G.Section)

Year 14-15

In Yoga periods students are given practice of Yogas for maintaining physical as well as mental healthiness. They practice �to balance right posture before starting aasans and control the rythme of breathing. For these they practice Padmasan, Taadasan, Parvtaasan for enhancing mascular flexibility and meditation for good memory power.
